I am near the beaches in Toronto, so it isn't like there are a ton of tall concrete buildings around me either. My understanding is that the new home phone solution uses LTE, so it might be a bit better. Avoid Fido at all cost!! I recently updated and ordered my phone on Nov 29, 2019. The rep that I spoke with said my phone would be shipped with Purolator, come to find out my phone is being shipped by a shady company (Quick Messenger Service) with countless complaints from dissatisfied customers. 3 weeks later, I’m still waiting for the phone.
